CHEESE
Raclette season has begun! There are tons of different options to choose from: smoked, peppered, goat, herbed, and they're all delicious. The slices of cheese are melted on little trays that are heated with an electric machine or candles. Then, the melted cheese is poured onto boiled potatoes and assorted charcuterie. Pickles and a fresh green salad are typical accompaniments. Some like to add fresh minced garlic to their potatoes too!
