Because of the start of the spring season, there are some takes on "Bûche de Noël" with an Easter twist. This one looks like a decorated carton of eggs! It's layered with chocolate cake on the base with praline cream and speculoos crumbs, filled with white chocolate mousse and mango custard, and covered in milk chocolate mousse.
